These drives are now increasingly subject to <strong>revision, repair<\/strong> due to wear. The <strong>costs <\/strong>for this are in part not inconsiderable, especially when it comes to the so-called <strong>Eco-drive from Krones<\/strong> (KRV063 and KRV080), a <strong>worm gear with belt transmission and three-phase motor<\/strong>. Here, the repair costs often exceed the <strong>new acquisition of a bevel gearbox<\/strong> with three-phase motor in IE3 or even IE4 design. Incidentally, this also applies to the <strong>transporter drives<\/strong> from SEW in the SA42\/47 and SA52\/57 design with old IE1 motors DT&#8230; and DV&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To this end, there are current bevel gear motors in compatible dimensions from various manufacturers, which have an <strong>amortization time <\/strong>of zero to a maximum of 1 year, assuming an operating time of about 5000 h\/a, simply due to the <strong>improvement in efficiency<\/strong>. The advantage of these conventional drives compared to today&#8217;s modern drives with IE4 synchronous motors is that no or only minor changes need to be made to the <strong>control<\/strong>, because the <strong>old frequency converters<\/strong> can remain. Another advantage is that the <strong>old replaced drives could still be available as replacements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We would be happy to provide you with a comparative quote for this with your preferred drive unit.
